Identification data: surname, first name, date of birth, profile picture (optional).

Contact data: email address, phone number, postal address.

Connection data: IP address, device identifiers, access logs.

Location data: device position, with your explicit consent which can be withdrawn at any time.

Payment data: tokenized by our Bank Al-Maghrib-approved payment provider. Hello Dari never stores full card numbers.

Usage data: order history, ratings, message exchanges with Providers.

Matching with Providers and execution of the service contract.

Account management, payments and invoicing.

Customer support, claims and dispute handling.

Fraud prevention and platform security.

Service improvement (anonymized analytics).

Marketing communications, only with your prior consent which can be withdrawn at any time.

Performance of a contract (use of the service you requested).

Explicit consent (geolocation, marketing communications).

Compliance with a legal obligation (invoicing, anti-money-laundering).

Legitimate interest of Hello Dari (security, fraud prevention).

The Provider selected to perform your request, who receives strictly necessary information (name, intervention address, phone number).

Our technical sub-processors bound by a confidentiality agreement: hosting, payment, SMS/email delivery, anonymized analytics.

Administrative or judicial authorities, where required by law.

Account data: for the duration of your relationship with Hello Dari, then 3 years after your last activity, unless a longer legal obligation applies.

Billing data: 10 years (accounting and tax obligation).

Connection / log data: 12 months (security retention obligations).

Geolocation data: deleted no later than 30 days after the service.

You have the following rights regarding your data: access, rectification, objection for legitimate reasons, erasure (where permitted by law), portability and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

TLS encryption for all communications, encryption at rest for sensitive data, strict access management, regular security audits, logical separation between production and test environments.

Your data is hosted within Morocco when technically possible. If transferred to a third country, Hello Dari ensures prior authorization from the CNDP under article 43 of Law 09-08, and implements appropriate contractual safeguards.

Any material change is notified in the application at least 15 days before it takes effect.
